We are all nationally certified!

At the Center for the Healing Arts we encourage people to experience massage from the unique perspective of each therapist. All therapists are graduates of a state licensed school, and members of a professional organization.

Charlotte (Owner): 1992 graduate from Health Enrichment Massage school. 2000 hours of advanced studies in Hawaiian Lomi- Lomi massage, Hawaiian culture, and esoteric healing aspects of massage based on the Hawaiian teachings. Member of AMI and the AMTA. Professional reflexologist.

Christopher: A graduate of Michigan Myomassology Institute. Chris loves to solve problem area with clinical approaches and pressure points. Chris belongs to AMBP a professional massage association.

Rhonda: A graduate of Guardian massage and reflexology program. Rhonda is also a member of AMTA a professional massage association and is a certified reflexologist as well.  She is also a licensed esthetician with the state of Michigan.

Melanie:A graduate of Baker college massage program and a member of AMBP a professional massage. Organization, Melanie also is an instructor for Guardian Massage school and used Bonnie Prudens trigger point therapy in her massage work.

Stacy: Is a graduate of  Irene’s Myomassology Institute and a member of AMTA a professional massage organization. Stacy has lot of experience working with closed head injuries in her prior job and specializes in clinical massage and deep tissue.

Lori: 1999 graduate from Irene’s Mysomassology Institute. Lori has a special interest in pregnancy massage, on-site chair massage, and deep tissue work. Professional Reflexologist. Lori is our events coordinator and member of AMBP.

Paulette: 1991 graduate of Cosmetology school, licensed esthetician, 1999 graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute. Member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Certified Reflexologist. In addition to massage and deep tissue work, specializes in skin care and pedicures. A student of Lomi-Lomi massage.

Gosia: 1999 graduate of Irene’s Myomassology and Member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Specializes in deep tissue and myofascia release.

Shannon: 1999 graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute. Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Her special interest is in deep tissue massage.

Mary: 1999 Graduate of New York State College for Holistic Medicine, New York State Licensed massage therapist, Physical Therapy training.

Leigha: A state licensed esthetician  and certified reflexologist, Leigha specializes in skin care,  pedicures and spa body treatments and scrubs, plus relaxation reflexology. Leigha is always researching the latest in skin care techniques and products.

Ian: A Massage therapist and Pre-Med student attending Wayne State University.
Ian is a member of ABMP and a graduate of Flint School of Therapeutic Massage. He is available for relaxation, therapeutic and deep tissue massage.

Stefanie: A graduate of Alternative Healing Massage School and a member of  ABMP, a professional association of bodyworkers.  Stephanie specializes in relaxation, therapeutic and deep tissue massage. 

Jennifer is our office manager and available during the day Monday through Friday to answer any questions.  Rita and Kathy our evening receptionists are also available to help you with all your appointments and questions.

All the therapists are city licensed by  the City of Sterling Heights ordinance, verifying their education and credentials as professional massage therapists. They are independent contractors and their schedules may vary. Please check with the center for availability of service.
